Part of my mission is to motivate change through connectedness. I feel that it is my ethical responsibility to take care of myself by attending therapy myself as needed and recommended by my therapist. I feel a connection with my therapist. When I meet with him there is an ease of communication, a flow of openness and knowledge that I am getting unconditional support. This connectedness is what I strive for with my clients. I have found that by nature and by study I am a psychodynamic therapist, with interpersonal tendencies. Please feel free to explore these forms of therapy. I wish to explore ideas for your treatment with you so that I can meet you where you are so that you understand.
